At Activa Psychology, we provide accessible and confidential telehealth psychology services across Australia, offering tailored mental health support for people of all ages.

We provide a warm, non-judgemental space where you can explore your experiences, develop a deeper understanding of yourself, and work towards meaningful change. We work with individuals experiencing a range of concerns and life challenges, tailoring therapy to your circumstances, goals and individual needs.

Medicare rebates are available, helping make quality mental health support more affordable and accessible.

Michele has over 20 years of experience supporting children and adults across various settings. She provides evidence-based interventions through telehealth and has experience working with depression, anxiety, neurodiversity, life challenges and transitions, parenting, stress, adjustment difficulties, health-related concerns, and vocational issues. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centred, drawing on therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Behavioural Activation, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based approaches, Psychoeducation and focused intervention strategies. Michele is committed to creating a respectful and supportive environment where clients can explore their concerns and work towards personal change.
